"Every day whether it was a port or sea day wherever you went you were addressed by your full name and by everyone. Totally remarkable. Also, without asking, you were constantly offered cold towels, champagne and sorbet while you sat on deck. The concept of all inclusive meant just that. Not having to sign for each and every purchase was great. Anywhere you happened to be on ship you were met by the same attentive service as well as being addressed by your full name. Remarkable. "
